  Compatiblity Martinque TropSim & FranceVFR
Posted by: henry - 11-28-2017, 05:56 PM - Forum: TropicalSim Forum - No Replies

This topic is about compatibility.

Have the FS9 2007  FranceVFR Martinique island, patched for FSX,a couple of years later, which includes the airport and am

wondering if anyone has bought the new Martinique Airport 2018 from Tropical Sim and also have the FranceVFR product.

I had an issue with TahitiX and Papeete which was from two different developers.

Had some issues i.e. trees on the runway etc. so I do not want to buy Martinique if I have similar issues as I never got them to be

properly compatable.

Contacted both FranceVFR, & TropicalSim but they had not checked for compatibility.

Also have UTX Tropics & Caribbean.

KDCA
SBGL(2012)
SAEZ(2013)

  Goodbye FS9! Hello X-Plane 11?
Posted by: TropicalSim - 10-13-2017, 03:37 PM - Forum: TropicalSim Forum - Replies (3)

Hi everyone,

I'll just drop the bomb: Unfortunately FS9 is no longer viable to maintain. The number of sales made for SBGR and TNCA's new fs9 version in the 9 days of sale until now would be reached within the first hour or two of the same FSX/P3D product.

Here's some better news: We're giving X-Plane another shot, now with version 11. No promises on future releases, but we'll again test the waters with an X-Plane 11 version of Aruba TNCA 2017. It should hit the simmarket sales page any minute now.

Have a great weekend everyone.

Best Regards,

  SBGR2017 FS9 and TNCA 2017 FS9 RELEASED! Time to say goodbye FS9?
Posted by: TropicalSim - 10-04-2017, 02:25 PM - Forum: TropicalSim Forum - Replies (5)

Hello everyone,

The month that TropicalSim celebrate it's 15th anniversary could also mark the end of an era. Recently released products TNCA 2017 and SBGR 2017 is now available for FS9 in what could be our final two FS9 release. It was a great simulator, but the old dog is tired and is deserving of a rest. We really really hope that those users still with FS9 and not ready for the leap to P3Dv4 yet, will consider bumping up to FSX.

  Bonaire airport
Posted by: henry - 09-30-2017, 10:45 PM - Forum: TropicalSim Forum - Replies (1)

I have just bought Aruba to add to my collection on TropicalSim airports.

Would like to thank TropicalSim  for another great scenery.

However is there any chance that Bonaire will be made so that I get the ABC (Aruba, Bonaire, & Curacao ) airports as I am Dutch.

I know there is another 2015 product of Bonaire for FSX but I prefer your quality of products.

  ARUBA REINA BEATRIX 2017 - TNCA - FSX/P3D-v1/v2/v3/v4 RELEASED
Posted by: TropicalSim - 09-23-2017, 05:16 PM - Forum: TropicalSim Forum - Replies (1)

Hi all,

And we're back to the caribbean. New version of Aruba now with an exclusive P3Dv4 version, dynamic lights, etc... you know the drill. The airport's buildings and ground have been changed to reflect how the airport looks today, with the new apron and taxiway K, the expansion to the right of the main apron, as well as a redesigned general aviation apron with almost double the parking spaces previously available. Gone is the Oduber Aviation hangar, which made way for the new, larger  twin hangars now seen at the southern part of the airport.

Hello Leandro

I have just discovered that I also purchased the Azores package and Aruba from yourselves.

Any news if these will be made P3Dv4 compatible in the future?

Thanks

  SAEZ Update for P3Dv4
Posted by: Rick - 08-30-2017, 01:16 PM - Forum: TropicalSim Forum - Replies (3)

Having purchased a series of South American airports from you via simMarket, i.e. SBGR, SBGL, and SAEZ, although I note that the former two airports are mentioned in posts as having been P3Dv4 Updated, I do not see any news on the SAEZ.

Could you kindly clarify what is the progress to v4 on this particular airport? Thank you.

  SÃO PAULO GUARULHOS 2017 - SBGR - FSX/P3D-v1/v2/v3/v4 RELEASED
Posted by: TropicalSim - 08-29-2017, 03:02 PM - Forum: TropicalSim Forum - No Replies

Hello everyone,

We have been receiving update request of this airport, especially to add SODE jetways, for a long time now, so we have delivered what you have asked for. Not only SODE jetways and P3Dv4 compatibility is new, however.

All of the ground gate number markings and AFCAD gate numbers had to be changed, since the real airport changed from F01, H04, I05, kind of numbering to 104, 204, 403, etc. This was done by the airport management in coordination with the airlines' suggestions which operate at the airport. The numbers now make more sense, as gates at apron 1 will begin with 1XX, gates at apron 2 will begin with 2XX and so on, but don't worry you'll not get lost as we have added the new ground markings  Wink

The terminals have also been re-branded, Terminal 4 is now Terminal 1, Terminal 1 and 2 have been merged into Terminal 2 and Terminal 3 is the newest one, left untouched.

Other changes to buildings have also been converted to our representation of the airport, such as the new TAM Cargo building, removal of some older cargo buildings which is now a parking lot, a couple of new edification near Terminal 3, a new warehouse attached to Terminal 2, near the control tower.

Like the recent releases we have added optional 3D Grass and optional 3D light dots over main roads, and of course the dynamic lighting in P3Dv4's version.

As usual, discount for previous customers, so grab your copy now at: http://secure.simmarket.com/tropicalsim-...-p3d.phtml

Oh, and FS9 users don't worry. We should release an FS9 version next week  Smile

Here are a couple of screenshots, for more see the sales page linked above.
